I simply created this blog out of encouragement from friends and family but also out of frustration. I know what your thinking....why on earth is this girl starting on such a bad note?
Well I'm glad you asked. I wanted to dedicate a blog to the non typical black girl. Society pegs us into these angry, obnoxious human beings with bad attitudes. (I may sometimes have that little umphhf an attitude but that doesn't sum me up. Not one bit)
I wanted to show the world that we have various dimensions to us. So many likes, interests, and thoughts.
There are black girls out there who will pick up an Coldplay album before a Beyonce album( Disclaimer Not downplaying her)Some of us rather curl up with a hot cider,a novel and blanket rather than go to the Club.
With all that being said I am an odd black girl. I look at the word "Odd" as a positive description. God made us all unique....why on earth should I be anything other than that?
